Never have been, and probably never wiil be, a fan of Markiplier, as someone who really finds his style of commentary to be incredibly forced to the point of him just nervously babbling like a mongoloid for laughs or speaking plain gibberish, I cannot stand listening to the guy. No matter what Markiplier cartoon I watch, the chance of me laughing or finding interest in the content is very slim, so for this, i'll just go over the cartoon itself as opposed to the audio aspect.
Your artwork is incredibly clean, from the character designs to the backgrounds, your art is incredibly appealing to look at . The animation was nice too, I especially enjoyed the part where the eye slips out of her mouth, the animation of the blood was really cool looking. One question though regarding the lip syncing, a lot of the time it just seemed like the mouth was only ever moving up and down with a couple of extra movements, was this because it was an anime game and you wanted to make fun of that style or was it an actual issue with the lip syncing. I only clicked onto it at the end and had to watch it again to make sure. I also really liked all the hidden references too, I saw a poster for Mac and Jim and the Anime Amigos dolls which were a neat bonus to look out for.
Overall, I really like this cartoon, however in my eyes I just think its unfortunate that all this work went to an audio clip from a Markiplier lets play, I don't mean to offend if you actually like his content but I just think its a shame to see so much effort go towards something like that. Obviously, its not what most people would call "wasted talent" because you can learn a lot from this in the future, animation wise, and you probably have learnt a lot since making the it. If you like this kinda stuff, im not gonna stop you from making content about it and don't let other people stop you from doing it if you like it, draw what you want and you'll automatically learn from it, It's just that this isn't my cup of tea and i'm not gonna lie about it.
Anyway, great work and good luck with your future projects
